From our first meeting, this team illustrated a highly personalized approach toward message creation as well as an understanding of the subject matter. As members of the Midcoast community, they are deeply committed to the success of our organizations and in creating a thoughtful, long-term communication strategy that will help internal and external stakeholders look at our system differently. In just a few short months they have tackled major messaging issues as well as service line messaging redesign as well as website management. The nature of our project, with sudden recalibration and redirection can be complicated & frustrating, but this team has been nimble and responsive; the materials are gorgeous.
